FLtècnics is a global supplier of Horizontal Form Fill & Seal (HFFS) Machines for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, household, and chemical industries. We are based in Maçanet de la Selva, Girona, (Spain), and we are part of ProMach Group (USA).

We offer top quality Rollstock, Pre-Made, and Forming pouch machinery in Walking Beam and In-line Carrousel technologies capable of speeds up to 300 pouches/minute for liquid, powder, granules, and solid products in 3-4-side seal flat sachet style, stand-up pouches, with spout/valve, with Zipper or Velcro® closures, in customized shapes, and more.

Sustainable Solution Description

Our machinery has the option of forming pouches with monomaterial film, making those fully recyclable. We also drive sustainable change with Flexible Packaging, that is more ecofriendly than rigid packaging, as it takes up less space and is lightweight, using less gas and footprint to store and transport. Flexible packaging such as pouches and sachets also use less raw materials than cans, bottles or jars.
