VALMATIC FORM FILL SEAL MACHINES: In 2022 Valmatic has achieved a great goal of eco-sustainability: for 78% of the total weight, our production of thermoformed vials and single-dose containers is made of recyclable PCR (POST CONSUMER RECYCLED) materials, coming from the recycling of water bottles from the European market and trays for food use. An important message in an historical moment like this one. We select suppliers who are very attentive to market demands and who can guarantee PCR material with an increasingly high percentage of recycled content. In Valmatic we have also implemented technical modifications on our FFS machinery in order to welcome eco-sustainable innovation and work recycled materials in a high-quality and fast times. PAPERDOSE® PROJECT: The first 3D paper single-dose packaging As a testimony of the constant and thorough attention to sustainability and environmental issues, we have developed PAPERDOSE®: a new range of single-dose packaging of variable capacity ranging from 1 to 50 ml, manufactured with Aticelca certified recyclable paper from FSC forests. Through the use of recyclable materials, we combine sustainability and the need to safeguard the environment with the standards required for a “green” communication by our clients in all industries: from cosmetics to food, from chemicals to pharmaceuticals and veterinary.
