Accurate Box Company is one of the largest independent manufacturers of litho-laminated corrugated packaging in the United States. We have the ability to print 7 colors plus a UV coating in a single pass on both small and large runs. We are experts in creating high-quality packaging for the club store, e-commerce, and quick-service food industries. In business since 1944 and women-owned since 1998, Accurate Box manufactures in New Jersey and ships competitively throughout all of North America.

Accurate Box aims to effectively drive sustainability initiatives through educational research and creative innovations designed to recycle resources, reduce energy and lessen waste output. Accurate Box works closely with customers to choose the best flute and paper combination to help control costs and paper waste. We offer four different flute profiles, B, D, E, and F flute, and many different paper weights. In the selection of these substrates, we ensure boxes will achieve all of our customer’s requirements, including box strength, graphics integrity, and sustainability. All of Accurate Box’s corrugated packaging is 100% recyclable and is created using environmentally friendly, certified vegetable-based inks. Accurate Box is also Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI®) and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) Chain of Custody certified. Furthermore, Accurate Box’s state-of-the-art facility is in accordance with NJ green energy standards, which is the equivalent of LEED Silver. Accurate Box also has a 1.9 mega-watt solar system that takes up the majority of its facility’s roof. The team is proud to say up to 25% of its facility's electrical usage comes from renewable energy. Over the last 10 years, Accurate Box has invested $69 million into its facility in order to increase efficiency and minimize paper waste. One of the most important upgrades pertaining to sustainability came in 2021 when Accurate Box invested in a new waste handling system. The system is hooked up to its machines to collect, cut, and bale its scrap material. The bales are then taken to recycling mills to be converted into paper once again.
