Aagard provides sustainable sleeving, cartoning, case packing, palletizing, and retail-ready packaging solutions. We design our machines to work efficiently with many sustainable materials, such as recycled materials, paper, and mono-materials. We engineer and build turnkey end-of-line systems optimized for capability and space. Our machines can process corrugated boards made from renewable materials. We are also developing packaging solutions that reduce material waste and overall costs. Our proven retail-ready solutions support customer material reduction goals. Rapid Launch TM technology allows for new recipe creation without retrofits enabling the launch of new products in a fraction of the time. In addition, 95% of our machine parts are fabricated by Aagard, reducing transportation and shipping. We are a paperless environment from concept, design, fabrication, and assembly. As we expand our capabilities, we look for ways to reduce part count with specialized laser cutting and produce nitrogen in our facility.
