ID Technology (IDT), a Pro Mach product brand, is a manufacturer and integrator of labeling, coding, and marking systems and solutions.

With 18 regional sales and service facilities, IDT provides responsive service and support to fit our customers individual needs.

Corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, TX, also serves as a production facility for the #1 selling ID Technology label printer applicator as well as full systems engineering, design, and integration services.

This plant, along with converting facilities in Pewaukee, WI, Fresno, CA, Marietta, GA, Nashua, NH and Toronto, Ontario, produces full process printed labels, blanks and "shell" labels.

ID Technology's product range includes label printer applicators, label printers, label applicators, large and small character inkjet printers, laser coders and thermal transfer overprinters. As a full-service label converter, IDT has in-house design, consultation, art creation, and full-line printing capabilities to produce high-quality labels, tickets, and tags — from short-run, one-color labels to large-volume process labels.

ID Technology stocks a full range of high-quality, thermal transfer ribbons and blank labels, designed to work in concert with thermal transfer printers to produce labels with clear, crisp barcodes, text, and graphics.

Ribbons and labels can also be purchased as convenient label/ribbon kits (labels and compatible ribbons of matched length) to ease purchasing and inventory control while reducing downtime and improving productivity. To complete the "total service" package, all IDT field service personnel are factory trained to service and support our full range of products, and are available for telephone support and depot repair services. As a full-service supplier of product identification equipment, IDT synchronizes equipment, technology, and expertise into a single, reliable source.
