Polypack’s product line has evolved from a few models of shrink wrappers to a diverse range of packaging equipment. These designs include total closure forming heads (horizontal, form, fill and seal) shrink wrappers, sleeve wrap (bullseye) shrink wrappers, fully automatic tray loaders/formers, wraparound case packers, JacketPack® systems, label orientation systems and robotic pick and place equipment.

Polypack holds several patents for collating process solutions. For example, Polypack holds a patent for a robotic pick & place system that places a product directly onto film, which eliminates excess product transfers and provides an ideal solution for odd-shaped or unstable products. Polypack also holds several patents for the collation of Nested Packs. Unlike traditional methods that rely on corrugated to align rows, Nested Packs completely eliminate the need for corrugated, and the material savings are huge. This patented pack allows for increased product quantity for a given package size, and offers unique marketing opportunities and package design possibilities.

Polypack takes sustainability a step further by using eco-friendly packaging, minimizing waste material and implementing efficient manufacturing processes to produce high-quality packaging solutions adapted to the needs of your applications. ENERGY EFFICIENT 98% of our facility in Florida operates using solar power via a 1,629-panel integrated rooftop system with a maximum solar array output of 420 Kilowatts. SOURCE REDUCTION Polypack’s packaging solutions drastically reduce or eliminate corrugated and film consumption, which has a considerable impact on the amount of packaging mass entering our landfills.
